204 Miles Since May

On my lunch hour today, I mapped my Saturday morning run on http://runningahead.com. I happen to look at the mileage for 2009 indicator and I had tracked 148 miles. I stopped using runningahead.com for tracking when my husband bought me a Nike+ in August. On Nike+ I have 56 miles logged. OMG, OMG, OMG! I have logged 204 miles since this past May.

I NEVER thought I would be able to do that, and yet here I am.

    Thanks, Michelle! :) No goal established but at this rate, I could easily complete another 150-200 miles by end of December.

Some days struggle more than other days

Yesterday was a run day for me, ~3 miles. It was a struggle to say the least. I don't know if it was my route, or the humidity, or lack of hyrdation, or eating the wrong things before I ran. It could have been a combo of a lot of things. I completed 2.6 miles, and today I am exhausted.

Good thing it is a rest day today, I think I might need it.
