Finally made it!!!!!!!!

Ok so it isn't 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011 it is 2012 and today I finally reached my goal. Today I weighed in at 189 lbs. I am in my 34 waist jeans and feel terrific. What a long journey but it isn't over yet. I have a new goal to be down to 180 lbs. by 7/19/2012. That's 1 pound a week and I should be able to attain that. This last and final journey that I have been on started in October 2011 and I have lost a total of 51 lbs since then. Yes!!!!

Back 2 weeks now.

Back now 2 weeks and have been having a hard time getting back on the dieting track. Still working out everyday and have lost .4 pounds since my return, which I am thrilled with. But I have to get back on the diet because I am positive that will get me where I want to be by next April......180 pounds.


Back from Florida

Well I am back from Florida and happy to report a loss of .4 pounds while I was down there. When I have gone there before it was at least a 15 pound gain. Keeping snacks to fruit and almonds was the key. Now to get back on the diet here and get under 200.

I know that it is me making these decisions but I went to a hockey game and of course had to get something to eat after. Ate very badly during the day where I only had eaten 185 calories (yogurt and small garden salad) that I was starving by the time the game was over ......... I just have to plan better.
