I have been overweight for as long as I can remember...but you know what I have finally decided? I deserve to be thin, healthy, and happy with my body!! I am not setting goals as far as numbers are concerned. I am setting goals in terms of what foods I am eating and making it a priority to work out EVERY day for at least an hour!! It will come off when it comes off but it WILL come off this time!!!!!
