Today I had work then I took my son Chance to the dr. to check his adenoids etc. because he has been having trouble sleeping. So we found out that he is going to be scheduled to get both his tonsils and adenoids out. I really hope it helps. The nights he gets worse sleep he really has a rough day at school.

When we got to the dr I realized that I forgot my walet at home, luckily they were able to look up the insurance info. After that I decided to go to Trader Joes, when I got out of the car I quickly realized oh yeah I forgot my wallet. So I scraped up $5 and just got some yogurt and whole wheat pasta for now.

After we got home I cut up bunches of veggies for everyones omlette and went next door to help mom set up her new body bugg. By the time Trever and coryn got home pretty much all the veggies were ready and everyone portioned out what they wanted (the kids picked two colors of veggie 20g each) then made the omlettes and watched Mercy. It was so good!!!!

After I ate I went on the treadmill for a half hour then I did a 20 min DVD workout :o)

Had a dr. appointment today work then an after work meeting till 7:40. I am so tierd. But I did say no thanks to the dinner tonight and just had my water I brought. They brought in mexican food. Then I had dinner when I came home and now I'm typing from the incline trainer. even though I really didn't want to go on here tonight. :o) Hope everyone had a great day!!! Hugz

    Congratulations on waiting till you got home and could eat something healthy. Way to go to get on the incline trainer despite not feeling up to it! emoticon

    Some of the days I just walk on the incline trainer like today. Yeah I walked for an hour but it was walking. No running tonight. I have a desk job so need the steps :)

Back on track going down!!!!

Today was my weigh-in and I'm back on track going down!!!! Yeah!!!!!

Today is also day 18 in a row of getting cardio in !!!!!! :o) some days its a half hour - 45 min walking some days its over two hours, and sometimes intervals, but I've gotten it in every day!!!!

Hope everyone had a great day!!

Here is a picture of my moose :) He travels everywhere with me, when I go out of Tucson. I even had my mom come bring him to me one time when I was at the airport and forgot him. :o) LOL

Monday Monday Weigh-in Eve

Today was great food wise and good exercise wise. I get to go help out next month with a disabilities planning meeting in Boston. I really like helping with and being a part of such great things. I also E-mailed about a dinner at a meeting that I'm going to Wed. night so they didn't order me food, so I don't feel obligated to eat it. :o)

This week is going to be really busy, but I'm in control and already have 2 days of exercise in. Yeah!!!

Tomorrow is my weigh-in since last tue was when I was finally down to where I was at my last logged weight before Christmas. That's about all I have for today. Oh yeah loving my new book. Have a great evening sparkers!!! :o)

Out Sparking :o)

This morning I walked on the incline trainer while I messed around online for 2 hours and 35 min. I ended up going 8 miles!!!! Yeah!!!! I love being able to mutli task.

After that I got cleaned up and got my Sparkpeople shirt on to go run around town :o) While I was at the book store today I had my mom snap a shot of me with The Spark book :)

We went to subway for lunch and had a healthy dinner. I'm over half way to my four week streak goals!!! Then I get to go get some of my favorite lotion. Yippy!!!!!!! So here is the picture of me at the bookstore this afternoon. Hugs to all good night!!!
