So I had court this afternoon. Yuck :P I had to go to court for child support modification. I wasn't sure why, because I was served by the state, but it is lower than it should be so I didn't care. Well before I went today I found out that my exes first wife was also going to be there at the same time. My kids see there half brother when their dad decides to see all of them. Mostly every other weekend lately though. Well over the summer he was on unemployment for a few months and decided to go to the state to ask his support be modified, well they are just getting to it and now that he is working and when they last caluculated it they talked me into lowering it so he wouldn't quit and not pay, it's probably going to go up on him. Kinda funny other than it doesn't matter what they set it at, he owes me so much.
Well I knew I shouldn't have worried about it but I really hate court and everything. I didn't sleep that well last night, but now I'm through today and I walked 2 miles on the incline trainer then decided to run 1 more . So 3 miles tonight!!!!!!

No not cigarettes ... Yuck!!!!!!!
ok so I know I already bloged today but I'm super proud of myself. I went to Fleet Feet after work today to get new shoes. I told them I wanted what was best for me, that I didn't want to choose at all by price color or anything like that. I exspected to pay 150+ for shoes. After all the evaluations etc the shoes I ended up getting much to my surprise were $100. I know still expensive, but I ran in them tnight and not a single pain. I think if they keep me from another foot injury they are so worth it!!! I've been a little sore so held back a little the past week. They didn't slow me down tonight :o)
I did intervals during biggest loser and in 1 hour I went 4.5 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have decided to switch my rewards around a little. I have been wanting to get a heart rate monitor that tells me the calories burned. Instead of just going and buying one I am replacing my running shoes 1st 8 week streak for staying in my exercise range with it, due to the fact that I need the running shoes ASAP to continue in my training. My feet are starting to hurt a little in a few places. I am going to do things right and go tonight and have them tell me what shoes would be best, not pick them for how they look at all!!! :o)
I have done good today so far with food. After my snack that I have for this afternoon the only thing I need is carbs , fat, and calories. I have all my vitamins, nutrients, protein, fiber, etc past the lower limits. Yeah!!! I like these days. It almost feels like a freebee for dinner in a way. I think I may have a small baked potato with some broccoli and a veggie patty for dinner, yum yum !! Hopefully I will be walking tonight in my new shoes watching the biggest loser!!!!!
Last night I can't believe that I went from almost not exercising to almost going 4 miles. WOW what a change!!! Also at work today I found out that a weightloss challenge will begin in almost two weeks. I won't make the mistake this time by letting myself go up a little or stay to make it all count, I'm going to keep moving forward to my goals as fast as possible even if that means I don't have as much to lose for the challenge. I will do great in the challenge but I win if I get the weight off no matter what !!!!!
As far as weigh-ins go I may start next week, I stopped due to the few weeks off I took in Dec and went up a little and the fact that when I start working out sometimes I go up a little bit. I just have to figure out which day would be most motivating for me. hmmm . Or maybe just weigh-in when I feel like it since I'm focusing more on my non-number goals. Afterall accomplishing my goals will get me where I want to be and in those skinny jeans feeling great!!!
Enough babbling for now, better get back to work. Hope everyone has a great day!!! Tonight I may try to think of who I can spread my spark to next...........

Friday at work things were a little better. I was talking to a couple of the girls about sparkpeople last week. I got one of them to join and the other to start using it again. :o) Friday morning I recieved an award thanking me for helping someone. Last month I missed a training class to help someone try to push a payment through and stayed late another day because of some problems with the set up of it. It's nice to be appreciated every once in a while. So the thing I got was a $25 on-line gift card to redeem from a list of places. It really sparked my day.
Friday night was my sons Birthday party at Chuckie Cheese, my plan was to eat dinner before we went and have one of the skinny cow ice cream sandwitches. I also had planned on not having time for the incline trainer. When I got home I saw that I had an hour and a half till I had to leave so I decided that I could have my daughter wrap presents and I could jump on the incline trainer for an hour and I would still have time for a quick shower. When I was done with all of that I forgot about eating dinner, so I quickly made a shake in my beloved Vitamix. I just snuck it in with me. During the party I stayed really busy giving out tokens playing with the kids making sure everyone had pizza, cake, etc. When it was cake and ice cream time I had my sandwitch ony because if I didn't my cal would have been too low. I was also fine without pizza because we only got stuff that had meat. :o)
Hmmmm what happened Sat, wow that seems so long ago....... Oh yeah I took my daughter to her practice then I went to pick up my fruits and veggies from the co op. Sat afternoon hubby and I went to China Express, we logged what we were going to have before we even left the house. The reason we went there was we had a gift card, but we did it with a plan :o) Then we came home and I got on the incline trainer while watching tv playing online listening to Jillian podcasts etc.
Today I got on the incline trainer in the morning. I was playing on facebook and sparkpeople and lost track of time, by the time I took the laptop off I had almost gone 6 miles :o) So I did a slow run of another mile ending at 7. I think my next wish list thing will be a heart rate monitor that tell me calories burned. I'm so proud that I now have 8 days in a row of burning over 1000 calories.
I'm a streaking fool!!! Whooo Hooooo !!!!!!
Tomorrow is Monday :o( but I will try to stay positive and find ways to turn work around foor now.
Oh yeah back to the spreading the spark, someone spread the spark to me Friday so that got me thinking how I can spread it to someone else. Earlier I told you about the two girls at work that I talked to about sparkpeople. Well I got the $25 gift card and decided to go with Barnes and Noble and that was almost enough for two of "The Spark" books. So today Trever and I went down and picked two copies up for them. :o) I'm excited!!!!!! I really like the book so far and hope they will too and maybe they can spark someone else.
So now it's Sunday night and I'm winding down writing this, for some reason I have trouble blogging on the treadmill. I can read others and post but just not do my blogs. Tonight I hope to be in bed by 9:30 maybe read a little and hopefully asleep by 10. :o)
