Just wanted to post a quick blog about today. Chance got his cast off this afternoon, yeah!!!!

Today was my moms b-day and she wanted to go to tgi fradays I decided ahead of time that I was going to have the brown rice with steamed broc. and veggies no butter just seasonings. It was yum for me :) With water of course :o) Had a great day got home after the Dr's about an hour and a half before I had to leave for my moms b-day dinner so jumped on the treadmill for an hour and went 4 miles, took a quick shower and out the door. :o) Hope everyone had a great day. It's late so I'm off to dream land. Gotta take kitty to the vet tomorrow to get fixed.

My dinner I had tonight, followed by a vita top back at home while everyone else had cake :)

    I'm trying not to focus too much on the calorie burn until I get my heartrate monitor at my eight week streak. It seems high but I do work hard. We'll see but I'm getting lots of miles in and improving lots :o) Thanks!!!!!!!

    Oh yummy - you're dinner looked delicious! Thanks for sharing the photos with Chance having his cast removed - I've never seen the process before and the photos are very interesting!! Plus he looks really happy!

Got through today

So I had court this afternoon. Yuck :P I had to go to court for child support modification. I wasn't sure why, because I was served by the state, but it is lower than it should be so I didn't care. Well before I went today I found out that my exes first wife was also going to be there at the same time. My kids see there half brother when their dad decides to see all of them. Mostly every other weekend lately though. Well over the summer he was on unemployment for a few months and decided to go to the state to ask his support be modified, well they are just getting to it and now that he is working and when they last caluculated it they talked me into lowering it so he wouldn't quit and not pay, it's probably going to go up on him. Kinda funny other than it doesn't matter what they set it at, he owes me so much.

Well I knew I shouldn't have worried about it but I really hate court and everything. I didn't sleep that well last night, but now I'm through today and I walked 2 miles on the incline trainer then decided to run 1 more . So 3 miles tonight!!!!!!

Sorry if this doesn't make sence, I'm tierd and off to bed. Hugs to all!!!!!

    I can relate to hating to go to court for child support. To me it never seemed to be worth the hassle for the little they give you or for their lack of collecting it.

No not cigarettes ... Yuck!!!!!!!


ok so I know I already bloged today but I'm super proud of myself. I went to Fleet Feet after work today to get new shoes. I told them I wanted what was best for me, that I didn't want to choose at all by price color or anything like that. I exspected to pay 150+ for shoes. After all the evaluations etc the shoes I ended up getting much to my surprise were $100. I know still expensive, but I ran in them tnight and not a single pain. I think if they keep me from another foot injury they are so worth it!!! I've been a little sore so held back a little the past week. They didn't slow me down tonight :o)

I did intervals during biggest loser and in 1 hour I went 4.5 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had to share really quick before bed :o)

So I have decided to switch my rewards around a little. I have been wanting to get a heart rate monitor that tells me the calories burned. Instead of just going and buying one I am replacing my running shoes 1st 8 week streak for staying in my exercise range with it, due to the fact that I need the running shoes ASAP to continue in my training. My feet are starting to hurt a little in a few places. I am going to do things right and go tonight and have them tell me what shoes would be best, not pick them for how they look at all!!! :o)

I have done good today so far with food. After my snack that I have for this afternoon the only thing I need is carbs , fat, and calories. I have all my vitamins, nutrients, protein, fiber, etc past the lower limits. Yeah!!! I like these days. It almost feels like a freebee for dinner in a way. I think I may have a small baked potato with some broccoli and a veggie patty for dinner, yum yum !! Hopefully I will be walking tonight in my new shoes watching the biggest loser!!!!!

Last night I can't believe that I went from almost not exercising to almost going 4 miles. WOW what a change!!! Also at work today I found out that a weightloss challenge will begin in almost two weeks. I won't make the mistake this time by letting myself go up a little or stay to make it all count, I'm going to keep moving forward to my goals as fast as possible even if that means I don't have as much to lose for the challenge. I will do great in the challenge but I win if I get the weight off no matter what !!!!!

As far as weigh-ins go I may start next week, I stopped due to the few weeks off I took in Dec and went up a little and the fact that when I start working out sometimes I go up a little bit. I just have to figure out which day would be most motivating for me. hmmm . Or maybe just weigh-in when I feel like it since I'm focusing more on my non-number goals. Afterall accomplishing my goals will get me where I want to be and in those skinny jeans feeling great!!!

Enough babbling for now, better get back to work. Hope everyone has a great day!!! Tonight I may try to think of who I can spread my spark to next...........

So I am walking on the incline trainer. We'll see how this goes. It's wierd typing alot, but I love the multitasking. It makes exercise go by fast and I want to watch the Bachelor in a little while before crashing.

After work today I was really tierd and hungry. I think I was hungry because I didn't eat as much yesterday, but not sure. I was still able to stay within my calories though. In fact I still have 100 if I want them. I was thinking for a while after I got ome that I would take today off the incline trainer, but then started to think about all my encouragement to others this last week for turning it around when they didn't want to exercise. I also thought about the fact that I would e missing a day so early in the week, I do want to go and reset my streak I have, so here I am. :o)

I have to say I just love reading peoples story and helping motivate others in turn helps motivate me. So thanks to everyone. :o) Hope everyone has a great evening and think about how you to can spread the spark in some way, making someone smile or feel good is better than anything money can buy. :o)

I leave you with a wonderful pictures of my grandfather and me back in October about a month before he passed away from a long battle with cancer. I'm ery greatful I got to go up and visit a few more times this last year to get my butt beat at rummy and chat. xoxoxoxoxo Smile because it happened !!!!

    Congratulations on your new trophy!! Also, way to go on your incline trainer today - I think sometimes just getting started is the hardest part, but once you start it's hard to stop!!

I love the picture of you and your grampa - it is definitely a blessing you got to enjoy time with him before he passed. I'm sorry for your loss!

    Ha you sound so much like me, I try so hard to multitask -it's crazy. I have so many to-do lists, but somehow I manage to get it all done!
