Day 36 Hello again I'm back !!!Thursday, January 08, 2009
Well I went on winter break and got away from blogging. I few days into the break my goal was to maintain through the rest of the hollidays. I managed to lose almost a pound and my next weight in is tomorrow. I'm going to make a goal to post a blog atleast 3 times a week. I am getting the last few things in order to register for the University, I start school next Wednesday. My eating this week has been good all but one evening when I went home. I am back to tracking 100% :o) I think tracking really helps me stay on track. Last night I also made some Omelette minis for hubby and I to take for breakfast in the mornings. I had 2 of them this am 50 cal. each with a mini bagel. It's time to put the last 3 weeks behind me and look foward, I'm still on track for my loss because of my bigger loss at the beginning. I can do this!!!!! The only down side thing right now is my tummy started hurting yesterday, it was really tender for a couple hours then it seemed to be better. Last night though I sneezed and it doubled me over in pain for a few min. Now it seems to just be a little ender but pretty much better, I don't know. I'm just eating good and taking it easy. :o) So my exercise may be low for a few days. Esp. sit ups, planks, etc. Here's a pic of my on from our trip in Nov. To my kids, this is why I want to be healthy, so I can spend more time with them and teach them that it is more fun to be healthy ![]()

I went shopping most the day and was really good. Then tonight I just feel really hungry. Not sure what's in store for the weekend. Cheers to a great one..Here are pics from my hubby and I's graduation in Jan 2008......................................
