April 29th Day 4

Well today went pretty good other than I haven't really gotten anything accomplished yet. I got a 15 min. walk in today which was better than nothing, but it's almost 11pm and I still have to pack, get my stuff together for my exams tomorrow (3 of them), get a discussion assignment done, and take a shower, ahhhhhh. Coryns team lost their game tonight :o( but the girls did good all but one play. They are just having troubble striking out. Food was good other than calories were a little bit low in my tracking but I did estimate a thing or two so maybe it wasn't low. :o) Here's to a good day tomorrow. I know it's going to be an extremely busy ones. Hugz goodnight. I'm leaving you with a picture of my son from his 8th Birthday back in January.


April 28th Day 3

Day 3 went pretty good. I went to work for a little while, then went to physical therapy. I stayed on track on my eating and walked 20 min. Ialso went to watch my niece play a little bit of her last high school home softball game. And my cousin little baby girl was born. I got to go see her last night after my class. Well that's all for now here is a picture of Alexis and one of hannah batting :o)

That was my 20 min. I didn't end up being able to fit in any other walking. But my physical therapy was all core training ;o) When are you going to start a blog? We'll see who wins for this week. Maybe the first person to make it to a certain goal gets a visit from the other person :o)

    I gotta say baby Alexis is beautiful. Glad that you had an on track day. Don't you count your walk to and from class and exercise? If not, you should.

April 27th Day 2 :o)

So it was a great start yesterday. I even jogged for 7 min. without stopping, I'm hoping to get 10 in tonight. I also helped retrieve balls yesterday when my daughter practices hitting some balls. Got some holes dug in the yard for the awening that we are putting up, and got in some gardening. Food was good yesterday met my goals on nutrition :o) Today has also started off well. Wow reading this back there is lots of rambling :) Last night we also went to go see Mama Mia on Broadway !!!!! It was awesome!!! Here is a picture of the yard 4/14, have a great motivational, and on track Monday :o)

Ok Alot has happened I guess this was too much to take on with 4-5 classes at the university, work, kids, etc. We have been getting alot done in the front yard, the kids have started t-ball and softball. Heather is in her last year at middle school. I am back in 100% to commiting to a healthy lifestyle and to tracking my food. :o)

I'll try to post a more current picture tomorrow to show how far we have come in a couple months.

    It was nice to see you so positive. It is certainly a lot to go to school, work, be a decent parent and work on house projects. Day 36 Hello again I'm back !!!

Well I went on winter break and got away from blogging. I few days into the break my goal was to maintain through the rest of the hollidays. I managed to lose almost a pound and my next weight in is tomorrow. I'm going to make a goal to post a blog atleast 3 times a week. I am getting the last few things in order to register for the University, I start school next Wednesday. My eating this week has been good all but one evening when I went home. I am back to tracking 100% :o) I think tracking really helps me stay on track. Last night I also made some Omelette minis for hubby and I to take for breakfast in the mornings. I had 2 of them this am 50 cal. each with a mini bagel. It's time to put the last 3 weeks behind me and look foward, I'm still on track for my loss because of my bigger loss at the beginning. I can do this!!!!! The only down side thing right now is my tummy started hurting yesterday, it was really tender for a couple hours then it seemed to be better. Last night though I sneezed and it doubled me over in pain for a few min. Now it seems to just be a little ender but pretty much better, I don't know. I'm just eating good and taking it easy. :o) So my exercise may be low for a few days. Esp. sit ups, planks, etc. Here's a pic of my on from our trip in Nov. To my kids, this is why I want to be healthy, so I can spend more time with them and teach them that it is more fun to be healthy
