So the last week I have been having bouts of really bad tummy pain. I think I finally know what food is causing it. I'm thinking it is the brocolli. I'm not sure if it's this last bag I bought or what. Tuesday I had a pretty bad bout 4 hours after I ate lunch which I had some broccoli. That last about 3 hours, pretty painful. Then Wednesday I decided to leave out the broccoli to see if that was it since I didn't get sick after dinner tue night. I have had problems after I ate once before a few years ago and it was after I ate any solids. So wednesday went good then I decided to have some broccoli with dinner Thursday night because the frozen noodle meal I made didn't have enought veggies for me. All was good till a really sharp pain woke me up at 1 am, it hurt sooo bad and kept me up till about 4:30. If I haven't had this problem before I would have for sure went to the emergency room. I stayed away from broccoli again yesterday, but am wondering if it's broccoli or something to do with that bag. I have been eating a bunch of broccoli every day with no problems no all of a sudden everytime I've had stuff from this bag I've been in tons of pain. I'm too scared to try other stuff that's not from that bag right now, but may make an appointment with my gastro doctor.
Yeah the weekend is here. I am still doing great with my eating, despite going out a few times the last couple days. Last night we went out and checked out the fit n fresh menu at Mimi's cafe. My mom had called to ask for a suggestion on where to go, then after I suggested there they asked if we wanted to meet them there. So when we all got there the wait was 40 min. Great we all thought time for a good 20 min walk :o) So we then we headed off and when we got back we only had about a 10 min wait :o) We checked out the menu while waiting and the fit n fresh menu portion has the calories right there on it. My mom had the chicken chibatta sanwitch with fruit, her boyfriend,Tom, had chicken stirfry with veggies and jasmine rice, Trever had steak with veggies and a salad, and I had naken onion soup with a salad, yum yum I also had a slice of carrot raisin bread since my meal was really low in cal. then Tom and I tried the lemon moose , it has about 120 cal. I think it was with fruit on top it was yummy, below is a picture of it. All the food was yummy, unfortunately the service was not very good, but we did have a great dinner. :o)
I'm not sure what this weekend will bring, all I have planned so far is picking up my fruits and veggies from the co op in a little while, yum yum it's kinda like Christmas, what will we get this week :o) I love it !!!!! I think the rest of the weekend may be mostly cleaning and getting rid of some stuff, getting some exercise in, and maybe some down time. Not sure yet. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
