Week one done

I have finished week one of my New You Bootcamp. I was motivated to do the workout as well as cardio everyday except for Monday due to a funeral. The payoff... DOWN 3 POUNDS! The exercises are not difficult so I don't know why the weight is dropping off when over the summer I killed myself to only lose 5 pounds.

Day one of Bootcamp

OK, I am really going to do this now! I wish bootcamp would have started during our winter break, but I will try my hardest to complete the goals each day! I am at 217. Hopefully, I can lose at least 5 pounds with the program. Good luck to all who are involved!
