Today I must be brave and strong. Brave to face the dental drill to get more dental work done. I am worried that my last repair may be not healing properly as it hurts. I have had to take tylenol every few hours to deal with the sensitivity to air, temperature, and food or water.
My husband and I are going to work on painting the exercise room today a beautiful energizing creamy pale yellow. We didn't get to it yesterday.
However I found a basket at Michaels that fits under our TV stand !!! It matches the other ones I found for the DVD's. The basket sits on the carpet so I placed some furniture movers under it, the kind that slides heavy furniture. Then I placed my weights and kettlebells inside it so they are hidden from view. They slide in the basket like it was made with rollers. It tidies up the room and works wonderfully and looks nice.
Next trip to Michaels I will find another one for the video tapes as it is the perfect size. There is a small gap left over so I will look for baskets to fill that opening.
The space I exercise in is looking neater, cleaner and organized. In the closet I have a chair that I can use for doing barre exercises and my step. On the chair I have a set of workout clothes folded up so when the mood hits I will be ready without having to russel around in the master bedroom running the risk of waking my husband.
I also figured out I am going to purchase some commando hanging devices or a hat rack to hang all those resistance bands that seem to accumulate when you purchase a DVD. I have a rainbow on them from various companies.
I feel more inspired to exercise with the organization being kicked up a notch.
I continue to drink my mix of apple, beet, celery, ginger, carrot, bell pepper juice to help the anemia. Soon I have to get labs drawn to see if there is any improvement. So far my enegry has not improved much. Yesterday I ended up taking a three hour nap. Sigh. Not by choice rather it was sheer exhaustion.

I am preparing myself, setting goals, reading lots of motivational material, developing a new-found inspiration to become the best I can be.
My exercise room is going to be painted today !!! At least the goal is to get two walls done. My husband and I picked out a creamy, cheerful, pale yellow that makes the room look bright even when the lighting is low. He installed a brushed copper ceiling fan to help cool me during my sweat feasts.
Yesterday we went shopping and purchased some lidded natural baskets that holds lots of DVD's. I tucked them under the TV area making better use of the space. I organized it into a basket for yoga, one for cardio, etc. I made one basket for current workouts or rotation that I am planning on doing. My routine will include Barre, Kettlebells, V-Core, and yoga. All will help with my balance and strength. It feels sooooo good to be organized and ready to workout.
Now I just have to figure out a tidy way to store my weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells. I am looking to create more open floor space for doing aerobics as the room size is maybe 11X12 or so. I have a rainbow of different resistance bands. Maybe I will hang them up with hooks in the closet.
Clean, tidy, and organized makes me feel like working out more.
