What I want to accomplish over the next 10 weeks

I plan on being under 200 pounds in 10 weeks. I have been in this plateau for far to long, I am going to use this challenge to get me out of it. In 10-weeks I am going to feel accomplished for completing the challenge. Also in 10 weeks I would like to be leaner and stronger.

Epiphany

I had an epiphany on Tuesday while sitting in the doctors office. As I was sitting waiting for the doctor to come, I realized that I have lost 30 lbs from my heaviest. I have a tendency to base my weight loss on my last weigh in rather than my starting weight, which is discouraging when I don't lose weight. I believe having that mind set is the reason why I have always lost motivation to continuing eating right and exercising. Now I am going to end that cycle and continue to eat right and exercise no matter what the scale says. I am tired of losing a little bit of weight and then the weight loss stops and I get discouraged and gain the weight that I lost back. It is extremely motivating to realize that I have lost 30 lbs and I want nothing more to see me loose 50lbs or even 60lbs total. emoticon emoticon

Kettle Worx to Ripped in 30

I have completed the Kettle Worx 6-week body transformation. Unfortunately I did not take my measurements before starting the workout; I also had horrible eating habits so there was not a big difference in weight loss. However, I can see a difference in my body and my clothes are a little looser. I feel great!!!!


Now it time for Ripped in 30. I just finished day 1 week 1. I have read a lot of reviews about this workout and it seems like a lot of people prefer 30 day shred and yet I went with Ripped. My birthday is in two weeks and I want a little definition in the making on my birthday, I think Ripped in 30 would give me that. And I also need more strength training with weights in my workout routine. But most importantly I want to be under 200 pounds before my birthday March 2nd, I am crossing my fingers that with my regular workout routine plus Ripped in 30 can help achieve that.

I will take before pics and take my before measurements later on tonight and post them.
