Brides 2 Be Challenges

Well I have a little over a year to the wedding and it is time to get serious! I am the heaviest I have ever been and I can't take it. So; I am doing this challenge with the Brides 2 Be Challenges for the month of September to get motivated.
So far so good, it is 7:00 and I am going to the gym at 8:30 with my fiancÚ to get in my work out for the day. So far I am OP; I am following the WW plan still, and I consider that my daily calorie intake. Wish me luck everyone!

Well, yesterday I joined WW again! THis is my fourth time joining and this is going to be the last time, this is the time that I am going to make life time and not have to pay to weigh and I am going to feel good about myself doing it too.

I went to the gym but once this week and I gained! I didn't plan like I had wanted to and I went out for dinner a lot this week, so there for I gain and it is horrible. Good note, I finally ordered my dress! That's right I ordered it yesterday so that is out of the way! I am really concidering WW again! I am giving this three more weeks of doing spark people the right way and then we'll see how it turns out. And when I say right I mean sticking to my work out plans and eating the right things. Have a Happy Easter Everyone!

    Whoa you got your dress! What does it look like? did you order it in a smaller size for motivation????? I bought my dress snug, and did a little bit of the atkins diet to lose right before the wedding and luckily the dress zipped up w/ ease. Maybe when I lose 15 more lbs I'll see if it fits.

    Keep going. I know we all go through phases where it doesn't seem like anything is changing. Just keep making positive choices and you will get there :-) It's all about a healthy lifestyle...

Well, that whole planning thing kind of went out the window, I am so afraid to get on the scale! (***Deep Breath***) So I think that this week I am going to skip my WI and start fresh tomorrow. I all ready have plans to go to the gym tomorrow morning before work and my fiancÚ and I are going on Friday after work.
Saturday I have an appointment to go and try on dresses (going to have to squeeeeeeezzzzzzzze my behind into another size 8)
Today for lunch I am having a salad with tuna (I have had this for the past three days) chick peas, canola oil, vinegar, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes. I will pack a yogurt and apple for snacks and for breakfast I will have a boiled egg and a yogurt when I get to work. I am going to drink ALL of my water today . See I have started all ready.
