Well, that whole planning thing kind of went out the window, I am so afraid to get on the scale! (***Deep Breath***) So I think that this week I am going to skip my WI and start fresh tomorrow. I all ready have plans to go to the gym tomorrow morning before work and my fiancÚ and I are going on Friday after work.
Saturday I have an appointment to go and try on dresses (going to have to squeeeeeeezzzzzzzze my behind into another size 8)
Today for lunch I am having a salad with tuna (I have had this for the past three days) chick peas, canola oil, vinegar, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes. I will pack a yogurt and apple for snacks and for breakfast I will have a boiled egg and a yogurt when I get to work. I am going to drink ALL of my water today . See I have started all ready.
