Last week, I focused on drinking more water everyday. I've accomplished that by drinking at least 32 ounces of water everyday. Most days I drank 64 ounces.
This week, I'm going to focus on taking my lunch to work daily. I've realized most of my weight comes from eating in the car and eating out for lunch.
Day one of taking lunch to work was a success: Grilled tilapia, couscous, and stir fried prince edward medley. YUM!YUM!
