I made today my "no workout day" and I really missed working out! I'm going to run a 5K on Saturday, and will do cardio and weights tomorrow. I had such a busy day, I fell behind my eating today and had to catch up late! I was still low in my calories, carbs and fat, so I finished my evening with some natural peanut butter - yummy! It was like having dessert!
