No workout today

I made today my "no workout day" and I really missed working out! I'm going to run a 5K on Saturday, and will do cardio and weights tomorrow. I had such a busy day, I fell behind my eating today and had to catch up late! I was still low in my calories, carbs and fat, so I finished my evening with some natural peanut butter - yummy! It was like having dessert!

SP Strength Training

So far I'm really enjoying the SP strength training workouts. Some don't feel like you're doing much, but afterward, you really feel it! I like learning new ways to use the weights. I love that I can change up the routine anytime. So I'm loving it at this point!

I'm running faster and faster each time! I'm getting close to a 10 minute mile! Big difference from 2 months ago running a 15 minute mile!!!

Doing SP Recommended Strength Training

Started it today. It was a really good workout. I think I need to do the advanced ones though, some seemed too easy, like the wall push ups. That plank exercise is killer though! Lost another pound and half today from last week! Yay!!! I know I'll hit my goal by my birthday!

    Tia,

I heard that even those 'wall' push ups activate so many muscles that they are better than doing nothing! Even if you don't feel sore the next day, it could only be good for you to some degree.

Good luck with the weight lifting. Just don't do what I did and 'overdo' the training so you can barely get off your chair the next day! Ha ha.
