Well my quads are the most sore. I really wanted to work out today, but opted for rest and recovery. I'll be back on schedule tomorrow and will focus more on weight training.
Well, I run the 15K in the morning. I'm so hyper, I hope I can go to sleep! I'm excited and so happy I'll have friends and family there to support and cheer for me! It will be such a big accomplishment.
Well, had a great cardio day today. After watching Dane on Biggest Loser run a marathon in less than 4 hours, I was inspired to know I can do this 15K!
Did my last run today before the race on Saturday. Ran 3 miles, felt very comfortable and made me feel comfortable about running 9.3 miles.
Great day today. Took some rest, only walked today. Will run 3 miles tomorrow, and we'll see how I feel! Good food day today. Really proud of myself.
