Well I finally broke down and bought some protein, as I've been lacking getting enough. So I made Oatmeal Protein pancakes this morning. Okay it took me 2 hours to swallow a bite, but they were actually pretty good. I also ate 6 times today, which I haven't been doing. I would eat 5 times then stop because it was "after 8pm" which is crazy if I'm still up and I want my metabolism to keep going! I'm still learning. I've learned so much from this site. Watching Biggest Loser now, which always motivates me. Loving NROLFW! No weight loss for this past week, but that's okay.
