I feel great starting this week, even though I didn't lose any weight! I got all my pants back from being altered and love having fitting clothes again! I look forward to these getting too loose once again!

Achieving Balance

Finally, after a month, I think I've got this calorie food thing under control. I've been struggling with eating several times a day, but now my body has gotten used to eating every 2-3 hours, which means my metabolism is working faster - yay! I'm also getting used to lifting heavier weights, so getting more comfortable with that too. Enjoying doing the HIIT cardio workouts. Feel more productive doing them. Just overall feel like I'm more on my way!

Still grateful for each day and enjoying the process...

  Glad to hear it! I swear I've gained 2 or 3 pounds over the last week (we had visitors in town and my workout schedule got all messed up)... anyway enough of the excuses. I'm happy you are finding balance when it comes t0 your fitness goals!

    AWESOME, Tia! Keep it up! Combining HIIT with smaller, frequent meals is definitely the key to getting your metabolism really revved up!

Getting used to new workouts. Did barbell squats today. When I did it last week I only put 20 lbs on the bar. Today I decided to raise it and used 60 lbs, and it wasn't too hard. Still getting used to finding the right weights.

Doing some HIIT and loving that! Still enjoying the process!
