300 Plus Weigh in Monday April 20th

Lost 1 lb 2 oz. Slow, but at least its coming off. This is definitly going to be a lifelong lifestyle change. I still have some problems with portion control on the weekends, but will keep trying.

    Way to go! 1 lb lost is better than any gain. step by step, day by day, you will reach your goal eventually. and probably sooner than you think.

The worst habit I have is grazing at night. But I learned to eat less calories in the day so I remain in my calorie range when I want to snack b4 I go to bed. Embrace your weaknesses. Try preparing your weekend meals on fridays. Or Buy Lean Cuisine or Healty Choice t.v. dinners for the weekends, until your body gets used to not eating so much.

Little bit dissapointed in myself. I know I ate too many calories on Easter. My piece of cake was too big, for lunch I think I did fine, but supper I had too pieces of French Toast instead of one and a little bit more ham than I needed and of course a bigger piece of cake than I needed. When will I learn. The best laid plans of mice and men often go...............................Later.

Two more lbs and six ounces gone. I have really been trying to exercise everyday and eating more of the right foods also. My clothes are getting sloppy looking and I ordered some new tops for summer I went from a 3x to a 2x for the closer fit ones and in the more relaxed tops I can now wear a 1x. YIPEE!!! emoticon

Hip, Hip, Horrah!! Lost 3 lbs. That is a feat in itself. I'm out of the 280's. Now for working on the 270's. I know for sure now that exercise is the key for me. Also eating healthy.

Not bad, I lost 2.4 lbs and that is very good for me. I have been really trying to exercise every day and have been trying extra hard to take extra steps during the day especially at work. It sure is a slow process but it will be so worth it in the end.
