The Making of a Schedule

I was given an assignment from my Teal Team emoticon at the BLC09 to make a schedule for the week AND THEN try to follow it. Schedules, as with this one, will have to bend at times but I am going to do my best to stick to it. It might get modified since I have not disscussed any of this with my DW, Amber.

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

5:00am - 6:00am: Wake up, eat breakfast.
6:00am - 7:00am: Drive to work. The downside to country living is a long commute.
7:00am - 5:30pm: At work. Eat a HEALTHY lunch. Hide in the hot restroom and exercise:
Wall Pushups: 4 set of 50
Squats: 10 set of 15
Sitting Crunches: 6 set of 15
Calf Raises on a Step: 4 set of 15
5:30pm - 6:30pm Driving back home.
6:30pm - 8:00pm: Eat a HEALTHY dinner, Prop my feet up in the recliner and visit with Amber and the kids.
8:00pm - 9:00pm: Exercise. On nice evenings take a walk outside or do some SP exercises.
9:00pm - 10:00pm: Start calming the kids down to go to sleep.
10:00pm - 10:30pm: Alone time with Amber!! emoticon
10:30pm: Bedtime emoticon

FRIDAY - SATURDAY:

8:00am - 9:00am: Wake up and eat breakfast.
9:00am - 10:00am: Go for a brisk walk around neighborhood. 2 to 3 miles.
10:00am - 12:00pm: Yard work, Honey-do list.
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Eat lunch and rest on the couch.
1:00pm - 3:00pm: Put kids down for a nap and work quietly on the honey-do list.
3:00pm - 7:00pm: Run misc. errands such as grocery shopping and taking trash to the dump.
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Eat dinner.
8:00pm - 9:00pm: Family time.
9:00pm - 10:00pm: Start calming the kids down to go to sleep.
10:00pm - 12:00am: Movie time / Alone time with Amber!! emoticon
12:00am: Bedtime emoticon

SUNDAY:

8:00am - 9:30am: Wake up and eat breakfast.
9:30am - 12:30pm: Church
12:30pm - 1:30pm Eat lunch
1:30pm - 5:30pm: Rest and relaxation with the family and t.v.
5:30pm - 7:30pm: Church
7:30pm - 9:00pm: Eat dinner.
9:00pm - 10:00pm: Start calming the kids down to go to sleep.
10:00pm - 10:30pm: Alone time with Amber! emoticon
10:30pm: Bedtime emoticon

    You are doing so great! I think it's a grand schedule and with little ones quite hard to stick to. But I know you'll take care of yourself and get a little ME time in there! I enjoy your daily visits and exercises..you crack me up too! ha! emoticon emoticon

    emoticon Thomas, that's a great schedule, I know it's hard to stick to with kids. You crack me up with your bathroom visits at work emoticon Hope noone gets a false impression hahaha .

I must start off and say I am not a blogger. This is my fist time at this so here goes nothing.

I started THE BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE 9 here last week and it is great. It is helping me stay accountable with my exercise more than I ever had been in the past.
I started this knowing that is is never to late to start improving my life. My DW and I are beginning this journey together so we can live to watch our kids grow up, so we can be active with our kids, nd most importantly so they will have good role models for their future on how to eat and live a long healthy life.
Right now I am fat, out of shape, have little to no endurance. During this 12 week challenge I hope to build muscle and endurance, find "cleaner" foods to eat, Lose weight of course and be more accountable for what I put in my body. When May roles around I will be a much better person for it.
