Well, to give a brief description--I put on 9 lbs since May. Not happy with myself about that. When summer came to wear the bikini I bought, I didn't look the way I planned on. I got too comfortable with my lost weight (and all goals reached) and started eating gluten again, too. Wow, it is SO EASY to put weight ON. I was also SO DEPRESSED and I know that had a lot to do with it, too.
I am back to SP to lose it again and actually exercise this time, too. My friend is busier than me and she is running in the morning before work! She is such an inspiration to me!!

It has been WAAAAAAAYY too long since I was on SP. I have missed my Spark buddies, too. I've been reading up on your blogs from the last couple months. I'm hoping to catch up completely with you, STLADEE and NIKKICOLE83! You two were my cheer leaders and I really enjoyed the friendships we made. I guess I also need to keep blogging so I can stay honest with myself. Tracking my weight is something I stopped doing too. It wasn't hard to put a couple more pounds back on. I have weighed myself here and there over the last two months, but was plain disappointed when I saw the number creeping back up. I wasn't staying accountable to a goal each week. It's amazing what that can do for your motivation!
I have had an image of what I would finally look like for this spring/summer season. I know that if I don't get my act together soon, I will be really disappointed in myself and regretful that I didn't try hard enough. I didn't do all this work to gain it all back.

My employer started doing a wellness program and a Move It! Challenge. I have been participating and I have had a lot of fun so far. I have definitely made a point to be more active this month. I even did a walk for CF last Saturday. It was really great being part of it. It was a first for me. I want to do more walks like this :)

I've been doing some in home exercises and am trying to get into a routine with that. I am enjoying feeling and seeing some of the results already.

    Well HELLO emoticon Katie! It's good to see you around again! Honestly your last blog was in March so I dont' think you were gone that long! I have SP friends who are gones MONTHS!

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's only 3lbs but YES it's 3lbs! You realized you were slipping sooner than most and now you are moving again and got back to what makes you accountable SP!

Congrats on the CF walk last Saturday! emoticon You were moving!

SO GLAD IT IS THE END OF THE WORK WEEK!!! Yes, I said it in caps, because I am SO GLAD! Come on weekend! I finally will get uninterrupted time to unpack the rest of the apartment!!!

From the beginning of this week til today's weigh in, I gained 2 lbs and then lost 4 lbs. Gotta love water weight gain and loss! Yaaay! So I'm actually not 3 weeks behind my goal weight, just one, now! Ha! SO COOL!

We are finally moved into our apartment! FINALLY!! The old place was turned upside down for a month with all the sorting/organizing and packing. Now the new place is a disaster. BUT--it is s.l.o.w.l.y coming together. For 2 years, we'd been 45 minutes away from work and our son and it was taking a toll on everything. We finally moved back into Kalamazoo so we can be closer to everything. So far, we are having a blast being close to shopping, restaurants, work, etc.!
Even through all the moving (stress) and the 3 flights of stairs, I didn't really gain any weight! emoticon maybe it all balanced out?! emoticon Here's to our next chapter! Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

    We have now been moving for three months! One day at a time. Used to be 35-75 minutes from work and the grandchildren's youth sports, depending on traffic, now 8 minutes and no traffic. Enjoy the new digs!

Pleasantly surprised with my weight loss this week. I weighed in every other day this week, so I could really stay on top of my final goal. I don't want these last 5 to be stubborn. The last pound from each goal was super hard to lose. I just want to get to my goal weight and figure out how to maintain it. I'm so excited to be able to finally buy some new clothes that actually fit. So far, I'm on track with my goals for each week.
