The wii fit has really helped. I lost 5 lbs, since I got it in early October. That's about 2.5 lbs., per month.. Not great according to some, but it's better than what I had been doing. I have 15 more to loose and I've set a goal of March 31. Now, that may be too ambitous, but if I can get these last 15 off.......I am going to celebrate by traveling some this summer. or maybe having family meet-ups. Not sure yet on how I'm going to celebrate. I need to think about that. maybe a trip to Spain with my husband. whoa........ that would $$$ be maybe as the budget is not really there. :) Ava

    going to a wedding in June and want to weigh about 5 less than I do right now. I'm eating right, exercising right. hav to cut down on calories more though.

  That's awesome that the Wii Fit is helping you out so much! I had been looking for it, but now I'm pregnant and last time I checked there wasn't a Wii Fit Pregnancy :) Maybe I'll get one in a few months! But good job about the weight loss. Don't worry about the speed as long as you keep moving. In fact, a psychologist told me a short time ago that weight taken off more slowly stays off longer!

Well, I've started using the Wii fit program for about a week, and hope this might be the answer to loosing these next 20 lbs. I keep my calories down to 1500- 1800 a day and excerise almost every day. I drink plenty of water and take vitamins. Here goes. I should be finished by end of November.

  20 down and 20 to go! That rocks! You're doing great. I agree, it's time to shake it up - I love that you're doing that with the Wii fit program. I've thought about that myself. I can't wait to see how it goes for you.

I started all over with sp in terms of my diet stage. I think I'm starting to feel lighter. I haven't weighed myself in over two weeks, though, so I will do so this afternoon. I use the grocery store scale. This is March 3. I am on track to loose 20 by May 15.

I will loose more but have not seemed to see much improvement. December has been too busy to keep up with sp much, but as of January starting, I will work harded to be more consistent in my eating habits. I do believe that was key to my weight loss a year ago. Eating right seems more important that the exercise, even.

This is August 27. It's been a hard week as my very best friend died. I was there with her though and it was good to see her. We had some last laughs.
Eating has not been very important to me. I will be working to loose 20 more more lbs, perhaps in her honor.
