Yes, it's Saturday. This is the day that if I eat off my plan I will feel that I have ruined the weekend and come Monday morning and I weigh myself it will show a weight gain. Yikes! That isn't going to happen. Staying with my diet plan is key this weekend and I plan on sticking with it! I know if I can succeed this weekend then I will be off to a good start on my weight loss as well as my emotional state of accomplishments for what lies ahead!
