Yesterday I took a look at a few yoga poses that are on my Wii Fit Plus disk and tried them. I thought that I was beyond getting sore from exercises but guess what, I'm not! Today I looked at the strength training on that same disk and did a few of them and I can already tell that tomorrow I will be more sore than I was today! The good thing about all of this is that I will get used to using those muscles and soon, will not be sore anymore. I just hope that I can move in the morning!
