Although I have not been able to make it to the full calories that they say I need, I have added almost 400 calories to my daily intake. I was feeling pretty low last night, since I was so full, thinking that I would gain so much weight that I would be set back for a month. When I weighed this morning I was down 1.3 pounds after no change for two days. I've got my fingers crossed that I may be on the right track!
