My arms are sore today. I think I've been going too hard on upper body workouts...or maybe just not stretching well. got in two cardio workouts already today, hoping to do some more.
Based on one of my meal plan suggestions, I ate a waffle with peanut butter on it for lunch. Delicious and filling and full of protein! It was great.
Also, I just noticed that comments have shown up on my blog posts! Thank you so much, you guys. You're all so kind and encouraging. I wasn't expecting anyone to actually read!
