I realize these are probably more than a bit boring to others, but as I've noted before, I am writing this for me (very few things I do just for me, but the entire SP experience is one of those.)
So, all of yesterday's goals were met, and the same goals for today. Scale holding steady - no gain, no loss. Clothes looser.
Attitude good. Work productivity extremely high. Navigating many potentially thorny things - not easily, but without major difficulty. Leadership breakfast in the morning; looking forward to the speaker. Then more work, cardio, dog walking, appt for repair of one car - more of my usual, satisfying life.
