well we have a ton of work piled up around here but I have managed to get in 16 minutes on the treadmill with 100 calories burned before my first meeting this morning...

had a 3.5 hour client meeting now plowing through phone messages and emails. Conference calls coming up!

my sister lost 93 pounds by walking 15,000 steps a day. i lost 44 pounds by giving up all grain and sugary products.

find the foods that work with your body chemistry and that give you the most bang for your calories consumed.

Today will include treadmill workout of at least 40 minutes, plus a dog walk of around 40 minutes, plus lots of client work and a face to face meeting at 4 pm following by a dinner with a group of good friends.

Got in 18 minutes on the treadmill this morning in the hotel before I had to get ready & do some work before my client meeting, which was all day... back at the airport ready to come home. Yeah.
