The SP way of doing things is feeling like a routine to me now - daily exercise in the right "dose," eating to the appropriately-defined calorie count, and most of all, enjoying that new routine - alot.
I am finding I am sacrificing other things (mostly people who want to "meet" but will likely never turn into business for my company) to protect my time for this effort. The work we have has not suffered; in fact, I know I am more productive and focused.
Habit begets habit... in this case, all good habits - and seeing good results in the process. (The scale is still not the boss of me, frustrating as that thing is.) Learning to see results in those looser clothes, increased mental acuity, and in general just feeling GOOD.
I knew these last 10-12 pounds would be tough and it is, but I am confident I will get there. This game requires patience and consistency.
