It's Thursday and I am ahead of schedule on cardio minutes and calories burned this week, which is good... heading to the treadmill in a few minutes, but have caught up on email this morning and had a good breakfast. Had a conference call at 8 am, and have another at 10:00. Lunch meeting at 12:00, then conference calls all afternoon. Planning a walk with the dog for 6 pm, followed by a good dinner. Have three major work projects to do today/tonight so am going to have to fit that in, because tomorrow I have an out of town business trip.
Keeping moving - it's a good thing!
