First difficult day in a while

Today seems to be a day in which many of my clients are having full-moon-like behavior... will be really glad to see the day end. Just to top things off, Outlook crashed (again) and I spent over an hour on the phone with Microsoft fixing it. Managed to get 34 minutes in on treadmill before 5 hours of meetings, with one more to go this evening.

Whew. Will be glad to have my head hit the pillow tonight.

Facilitating a day long retreat today with clients... they are doing great. I am already anxious to get back home. Managed to get in a workout this morning (18 minutes on hotel treadmill) in spite of delayed effects of daylight savings time!

Up too early, day 2 of daylight savings, trying to make best of it as I am wide awake. Going to make some coffee, have breakfast and do treadmill workout before getting ready for 9 am meeting. That meeting lasts until 1:00, then have mtg from 2-5, then heading to airport for 7:30 flight to city where tomorrow's meeting is. Feeling ready.

Daylight savings time took an hour away from us but it will be light later this evening, which is more than welcomed! Getting organized this morning, and about to do a treadmill workout, then lunch with a friend, then a dog walk this afternoon and a pile of work to tackle.

    Good for you for looking into the bright side of Daylight Savings time. So many people act as though it were the worst thing ever! I love it being light out after dinner so we can go out and walk!

Retreat today

Today I facilitated a planning retreat for a client... a very good, productive (but long) day. I have some more work to do, but am already in workout clothes ready for some cardio!
