So glad it's Friday

Well today has been a really busy Friday - conference calls ALL DAY. No workout done yet, but planning on that this evening - and a good long workout tomorrow. It's finally stopped raining, which is great.
Should be a nice weekend and I can get caught up!

Mid Week already

The days just seem to be flying by... I was reminded by a friend over lunch yesterday that, for those of who have had cancer, time has a different meaning than for other people... friends like her are reminding me to use my time wisely, and only on things that really matter to me... I am working on being mindful every single day.

Today's game plan looks a bit like yesterday's - treadmill workout, walk with the dog (aiming for a total of 60 minutes of exercise today), eat 1500 calories or less, do three conference calls, and finish 4 work projects that are on my desk.

Monday Game Plan

Well today I have 5 conference calls, and am planning to do treadmill workout followed by a long walk with the dog in between all of those. No outside meetings gives me some freedom to get everything in - and maybe some extra.

So far have completed a good breakfast, had the pest exterminator here for the monthly visit, and have caught up on all email & small work items.

On to another day of eating within calorie range and exercise!

  


Relaxing Sunday

Well it's day 3 of making different choices about time, and it feels good. Didn't go to an event last night because I didn't want to, and that felt right. Staying home was great. So far today I've gotten in a workout, and plotted a couple of work things to do today, and have read the Sunday papers, and continued to put the household in order.

Don't know about walking the dog, it's raining and may not stop until after dark tonight.

All good. Feeling strong - and closer to my new adjusted goal of 127!

Calm day ahead

Looking forward to the first day in 6 weeks without an obligation in it. Going to work out, walk the dog, do some work projects, and reorganize my household. Yeah.
