Set up new pedometer today at 1:00, have taken 8087 steps between 1:00 and 7:30. Think I will be able to meet the daily goal. Also met other activity goals today, cardio, weights, dog walking... ate 1400 calories, and got alot of work done. New interesting project presented itself, unexpectedly. Will probably take a year to complete for the client, working on it a few hours each week.
Also working on eating a fruit or protein snack mid morning and mid afternoon.
Realized I only write this blog for me, more like a track record than a public blog. Appreciate all comments and the encouragement though!
Now going to watch a movie with my son. Facilitating an all day retreat tomorrow but am already planning out cardio time before and after. Will need to get up early. Whew.
