Today has a plan

I like having a game plan every day, so here's today's... One meeting already completed, another starting soon, then errands, dog walk, treadmill, 1 pm conf call, work this afternoon, & client reception at 5:30.

Feeling good about getting it all in... With some good time this afternoon to tackle a couple of things.

So yesterday when I was eating lunch, one of my teeth (a veneer) came out. One of my front teeth. And I have to go out of town on business @ noon. Waiting for dentist office to open so I can have him glue my tooth back in. The hillbilly look is not working for me. No pain.

Going to work out, walk the dog, and do an 8 am conference call before I leave.

Otherwise ready fr the week. Got alot done yesterday.

Getting ready to do treadmill, then breakfast & heading to facilitate a planning session for a client today til 3. Then a walk with the dog, and some reading/rest!

Week is almost over

one more day of work - on Saturday, facilitating a planning session for a client... it's been a good week, and I am feeling good... have a lot of work to do this weekend but after this things should slow down a bit.

Keeping up with calories below 1500/day and workout minutes on track to complete this week.
