So today's plan is to work out and burn at least 300 calories, go to the bank, have a pedicure and finish 4 major work projects before I start on tomorrow's deadline list. This makes me happy, with a movie tonight with my son and some reading.
I met my original weight goal of 129 pounds yesterday, so I am now aiming for 127.
I finished radiation treatment for breast cancer on Monday, and on Tuesday my primary care physician told me that I can now take a half of blood pressure med every day since my pressure is down to 104 over 70.
