So no loss, but no gain.... and managing my own expectations of how fast I should lose these last few pounds is the main issue now. For me, sticking with the program as SP outlined it, following the challenges' instructions, and changing up the exercise routine is critical. Also balancing exercise with food intake (and the right kind of food intake) as in more exercise, need more calories so my body doesn't think we are in "starvation mode" and hang on to the remaining weight.
Today is a "weight training/dog walking" day but I may also put in some cardio just for good measure (and then eat 100 more calories!)
Lots of work to do... feeling fortunate on all fronts today.
