Eating breakfast & making plans... For a walk with the dog, cardio, weights, finishing 4 work projects today, and a few errands. A good day ahead! Oh - and down another half pound - scale is finally moving!!

It's the weekend

Today's game plan is: cardio, attempt short walk with dog (arthritis medicine working for her already-yeah!), weights I did not get to yesterday, errands on way to a charity luncheon, errands after, work when I get home followed by down time this eve. Looking forward to the day!

...for a busy day but going to do cardio first, then breakfast, then off to a meeting until 1 pm. Conference calls this afternoon, and a dinner this eve. Glad to almost be at the weekend with a slower pace!

Quite a Day

well a really busy day - again... been interviewing candidates for positions in my clients' organizations almost all day. Managed to get in 15 minutes of cardio this morning, going to work on another 30 minutes this evening. Dog seems to be feeling better (think the new arthritis meds are working) so maybe we can go for an outside walk later!

Keeping up - am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning because I think I am thinner - yeah!
