well the days seem to be blurring together but am managing to get everything in, just not losing pounds... this morning already completed a long walk with the dog, 15 min of extra cardio on treadmill, weights, good breakfast, and a conference call. Rest of the day is a lunch meeting, committee meeting after lunch, then another conference call, then a mammogram appointment (routine) and then a dinner meeting.
Without working out so much, I'd never be able to keep this schedule. Feeling grateful and content (even if I cannot seem to lose this last 10 pounds.)
