Productive kind of tired....

That's what I am tonight- a productive kind of tired... 10 hours of work, 45 min of dog walking, treadmill, weights... Eating within range... And bathroom renovation finally finished. Feel like I am keeping up but definitely going to bed early again!

Another 12 hour day

Well the marathon continues, work-wise (a good thing) but managed to get in dog walking, cardio (total of 60 minutes) plus pretty good eating today (one useless snack in the afternoon because I forgot to bring fruit with me) - calories within my range...

got alot done, alot left to do though - going to bed early and tackle it again tomorrow morning...

Full Day - and more ahead tomorrow

So today accomplished 30 min dog walk, weight training, 3 meetings, evening with executive women's dinner group, and finished 2 large projects... Tired at 9 pm but feeling good. Going to bed early again. Tomorrow is an enhanced cardio day (60 min at least) so need more rest.

Maybe will weigh tomorrow - feeling thinner!

A good routine today

Today was really good - cardio, dog walk, burned nearly 400 calories; ate just shy of 1500 calories... got a ton of work done, new glass shower door installed in bathroom (renovation almost done - about another half day of fixture installation and we'll be complete. That's scheduled for Thursday.)

Storm raging outside now, but everyone content - including me. A couple more things to do this evening but all is well.

Workout routine

well today the routine is back in place - long dog walk, weight training completed, doing cardio on treadmill next... then preparing for a work to be done today; several things must be completed before tomorrow so will spend on those things, and then do some errands and then relax and read this eve to prepare for the week ahead, which is must less jam packed than last week - thank goodness.

Feeling good. Holding steady on weight after 1 pound loss last week.
