I find I am enjoying planning each day to include cardio and/or weight training, dog walking, and food. I enjoy grocery shopping more than I used to, too. I have always been a planner but planning for the right things makes all of the difference (always good at planning for work deadlines, etc.)
I found SP because I had hit a plateau after losing 25 lbs over the past 13 months.
So since starting with SP on 1/2/11, am down another 6 pounds, inches lost where it counts, sleeping better, eating better.
Starting to feel like my old self - 10 more lost and I will be back at the weight i was all my life prior to 6 years ago! VERY motivated to make this happen.
Have a great Sunday. I am planning for good meals at home, a long walk with the dog, cardio at least 45 minutes, weight training, some work that needs to be done before the week begins again, and a few hours to catch up on good reading.
