Feeling Good

Woke up feeling good this morning.... cardio first thing, breakfast, walk with the dog... President's Day but a work day for me, which is ok - lots to do. I am finding comfort in the routine! emoticon

Enjoying Planning the Days

I find I am enjoying planning each day to include cardio and/or weight training, dog walking, and food. I enjoy grocery shopping more than I used to, too. I have always been a planner but planning for the right things makes all of the difference (always good at planning for work deadlines, etc.)

I found SP because I had hit a plateau after losing 25 lbs over the past 13 months.

So since starting with SP on 1/2/11, am down another 6 pounds, inches lost where it counts, sleeping better, eating better.

Starting to feel like my old self - 10 more lost and I will be back at the weight i was all my life prior to 6 years ago! VERY motivated to make this happen.

Have a great Sunday. I am planning for good meals at home, a long walk with the dog, cardio at least 45 minutes, weight training, some work that needs to be done before the week begins again, and a few hours to catch up on good reading.

    I don't know what I would do if I didn't plan my days. Of course, sometimes things happen to change my plans, but, that is life I guess. Have a great day.

down 1/2 lb when I weighed this morning... progress. weight training done for today along with a good start breakfast. Taking dog to training class then will do cardio. Then work to do. Good day ahead.

another day of meeting goals

Very happy that i was able to meet cardio goals today and food too, in spite of facilitating an offsite meeting for a client from 8:30-5:30. Very taxing (but good) day. Feel like I continue to lose even though I haven't stepped on a scale for awhile. May do so in the morning.

Planning, planning, planning: a must for me

An early start today... full day of work and community obligations ahead starting @ 8 am and continuing until 6 pm. Going to do cardio & weight training before getting ready to head out the door for that breakfast meeting. Will walk dogs in early evening today. Off to begin!
