Day 1 of Busyness

So today went well, according to plan. Did 50 minutes of cardio this morning, burning 400 calories on treadmill (with steep incline!) Renovation continues. Had 4 conference calls for work, and finished three large projects. Ate 1430 calories, within range. This morning, weight down 1/2 pound. 1" lost from upper arms. Feeling good after this day. I will carry on.

Busy week ahead - but I have a plan

So I have a game plan for each day this week to work in one hour of exercise & still get all of my work done... Exercise has been plotted in the calendar each day, and meals have been planned. Bathroom renovation continues tomorrow with plumbing inspector & tile guy (who will be here for 5 days.)

Feeling good but no more weight loss on scale - inches gone though - need to measure, may do that tomorrow!

Love leisurely Saturdays... walked dog this morning, burned 103 calories (didn't go as fast or as far as yesterday!) Getting on treadmill soon to complete cardio workout for today. Today's plans include farmer's market; manicure/pedicure; groceries; garden center; and 3 work projects to pay attention to... maybe a movie this eve.

Adjusted my cardio/calorie/weight loss goals on SP this morning - 7 pounds to lose by 9/3/11 to meet adjusted goal. On my way!

early start today

already walked the dog, burned 160 calories walking 1.72 miles - we walked fast today! getting ready for renovation crew to arrive, then preparing for conference call followed by lunch meeting. Going to work more cardio in on treadmill sometime this morning & do a couple of major work projects this afternoon. All good. Feeling THIN :)

A very long day but productive

So I ate 1406 calories today, and did a few minutes of cardio, and dog walking, and weights... lots of work done today, and the bathroom renovation continues. Alot going on but somehow getting it all done and even managed to sleep 8.75 hours. Going to bed early again. And I need to.
