So today went well, according to plan. Did 50 minutes of cardio this morning, burning 400 calories on treadmill (with steep incline!) Renovation continues. Had 4 conference calls for work, and finished three large projects. Ate 1430 calories, within range. This morning, weight down 1/2 pound. 1" lost from upper arms. Feeling good after this day. I will carry on.
