I would really like to lose this last 10 pounds by the end of Sept. I think that's realistic for a timeframe. I may have to increase activity to do it as I know the eating is correct for now in terms of calories. Hard to get the balance right. Working & learning.
Good day planned for today... Long dog walk is next, followed by weights, cardio, a bit of work today, and catch up on reading (always alot to keep up in my field of work.)
Still feel optimistic despite the slow loss. Am still fitter & thinner than 8 lbs ago when I started with SparkPeople. (before that, I lost 25 on quick weight loss center plan, which changed the way I eat permanently - that loss took 9 months....)
Remembering where I was, after previously being my current goal weight my whole adult life, is important to this process. Feeling grateful!
