Today's Update

Well so far today (as of lunchtime) I've consumed 800 calories and burned 454 through cardio, plus done 20 minutes of weight training. So I can eat 700 more calories today and still be under my daily goal of 1500. A pretty good start to the SP week.

I have work to do this afternoon but am feeling optimistic. I even forgot to weigh myself this morning - not sure what that says, but maybe I really am feeling "thinner." (Finally.)

Saturday is well underway

Well so far I have facilitated a planning session for a client from 8:30-12:00, did errands, and had a good breakfast and lunch (670 calories so far today, leaving room for an afternoon snack and a good dinner.)

Going to do some work that needs attention during this afternoon, and walk the dog when it gets a bit cooler this evening. Cardio on treadmill on deck as well.

Lots of work but not complaining. Recognize that many aren't so fortunate. Continuing to work hard at fitting in all in.

So, no time to write since Tuesday. Been exceptionally busy - day trip to another city on Wednesday, bad weather trying to fly home; yesterday was just jam packed. Managed to get cardio in on both days and eat reasonably well (over calories on Thurs.)

Still doing well. Back on usual track today!

    I know what you mean - I haven't had a blog entry in a few days myself (which I will remedy shortly). Glad to hear that you got in some exercise & watched what you ate!
