Well no weight loss early this morning at weigh in, but clothes are looser (again) - a good thing. So progress is being made. Started today with 9 hours of sleep, a 40 minute dog walk, weight training, and breakfast. Going now to do cardio, then some work to do & gift shopping for my son's upcoming birthday and a baby shower next week for my friend's first grandchild.
