Holiday Weekend - More Time to Work Out!

Well, am enjoying my leisurely day 2 of 3, with more time to work out and not feel pressured about it. Burned 400+ calories today, including a nice long dog walk. Have had rational breakfast & lunch and so far have consumed just under 800 calories. On track for a good day. Am enjoying my days, doing a bit of work to stay caught up but also reading and thinking.

I can see my goal within reach - 5-6 more pounds to lose and I'll be there!

Looking forward to today's activities... got some good sleep, had a good breakfast, now going to walk dog & then do cardio on treadmill; after that some work, errands, reading, maybe a movie. Very excited to be down a couple more pounds this past week, and motivated to keep going.

And am down 1 pound as of this morning - yeah! Inching toward that goal. Feeling very happy and motivated that the plateau has been broken by increased exercise.
Today was a good, productive day, and am looking forward to a three day weekend - more workouts, dog walks, getting things done around the house, and catching up some work and reading. All good!

Oh yes it's Thursday

A very busy one too. No cardio today. Weight training this morning. Working all day today. But very productive. Calories on track to stay between 1300-1500. Am going to weigh in tomorrow morning as clothes I'm wearing today are very loose!

So a Thursday that leads to a Friday, and I am excited about being able to complete a very productive week tomorrow (work wise.)

  


Halfway Through the Day

I am halfway through this day... cardio 53 min done including dog walk; weight training 20 min; good breakfast (less than 300 cal) - mid morning snack on target as prescribed; and some good work finished already today. Up next: lunch, three conference calls this afternoon, errands to do, and my executive women's dinner group this evening. A full, wonderful day.
