Another wonderful day. Long walk with the dog, which completed all cardio goals for the week (we walk FAST :-)
Breakfast, lunch & morning snack are 748 calories so far. That's good. Have a black tie plated dinner tonight and who knows what will be on that plate - can always ask for vegetarian if it's really untenable. It's an early event with a 6:30 pm dinner so should be home early, which is excellent.
Bank, cleaners, groceries already done. Going to do some work, then read for awhile.
