In a good way. Great day. Speech went well at lunch. Good meetings. Lots of follow up done. Walked dog at 6:30 pm but we got it done. Weights done. Calories within limit. Very busy day again tomorrow. Goal is to keep up.

Well another really busy workday. But got in 18 min on treadmill to burn 115 calories, walked dog for 30+ min for another 114 burned, and managed to eat 1500 cal as I am supposed to. Looking forward to a good night's sleep. Have breakfast meeting, speech at lunch, and 2 meetings in the afternoon.

Great day - met all dog walk/cardio/weights goals but did not eat enough calories... Very busy, productive work day. Will eat more tomorrow.

So back to the busy schedule after a nice relaxing Mother's Day weekend (I consider it relaxing if I only work 2-3 hours/day on the weekends - just how it is to keep up.) Today spent the morning providing advisory services to potential clients, then did work at my desk, then had a late afternoon meeting with another potential, very important client. Am hoping for that piece of business. Came home, took dog for a 35 min walk, then 30 min of cardio on treadmill at varying incline. 1250 calories consumed today, just over the minimum. Going to read a bit this evening & then go to bed early. Tomorrow morning (first thing) I'm finishing the slides for a keynote speech I'm giving on Thursday. The beat goes on - in a good way.

Wonderful mother's day

Well my son gave me a 1 hour massage, which is wonderful & much appreciated. Did intense workout this morning, then errands, then did some work, then made my son's favorite for dinner (crab-stuffed salmon.)

No weight loss but no gain... Pretty much stuck, I think.

Busy day ahead tomorrow. Happy.

    Consider researching what the spark says about adjusting your calories up or down based on the amount of exercising you're doing and the weight loss you already have. Just a thought, I'm confident you're gonna see a change soon.
