So back to the busy schedule after a nice relaxing Mother's Day weekend (I consider it relaxing if I only work 2-3 hours/day on the weekends - just how it is to keep up.) Today spent the morning providing advisory services to potential clients, then did work at my desk, then had a late afternoon meeting with another potential, very important client. Am hoping for that piece of business. Came home, took dog for a 35 min walk, then 30 min of cardio on treadmill at varying incline. 1250 calories consumed today, just over the minimum. Going to read a bit this evening & then go to bed early. Tomorrow morning (first thing) I'm finishing the slides for a keynote speech I'm giving on Thursday. The beat goes on - in a good way.
