Dropped number of calories

So I dropped the number of calories today to just over 1300... Burned calories today with brisk dog walk so met weekly goal of 1400 burned (1469). Busy today doing household things & some business work. Going to bed early. Hoping for more inches lost & weight going down!

Worn out today

So this evening I am feeling very tired... very busy active week and today was no exception. Will meet weekly cardio burn goal after tomorrow's workout, ate just over 1500 calories today. Long dog walk. 9 hours of work done.

I will sleep very well tonight. Am happy that I am able to meet all commitments & deadlines. No easy task with this workload. And my son came home today with a one hour massage gift certificate for my mother's day gift! Excellent.

Think I will weigh & measure in the morning to see where I am.

Another really good day

Got alot done today - which was a much-needed focus on producing work products.... also did 68 min of cardio (including dog walking) and another 30 min of weights. 1450 calories. Weight is stable but not down. A1C score back in normal range - yeah!
Need to really keep the low-carb focus here... feeling good. A few more things to do this eve then a good night's sleep (planning on it.)

So... today's work was facilitating a planning session from 8-12:30 this morning and then a conference call this afternoon, dog walking, and yet to finish cardio, which will be next. More work to do, and then rest after a late dinner!

Very late - for me

Another jammed day, starting with dog walking @ 630 this morning... Followed by weights. Workshop roundtable this morning, awards luncheon, conf call, difficult client in late afternoon, lovely client dinner this eve. All in balance - on less than 1400 calories! Going to sleep next.

  Yeah. I start at 330 leave for work at 6 get home at 6 eat and go to bed.
