Ok really back

Was able to get all cardio & weights in today in spite of also working for 6 hours. Also did grocery shopping, bank, & drugstore errands. At grocery door, seafood counter mgr asked if I wanted him to stuff salmon steaks with crab (he knows we like that so that was nice.)

Feeling like work is more under control as of this evening. Hard to complain - good to be so busy when so many people aren't working so am trying to maintain balanced mental picture. Going to bed early - again!

Getting Back into the Swing

Well work has been really difficult this week and it has been hard to find the time, unlike the previous 3 months, to do this right. So I've been doing what I can and adjusting my calorie intake to compensate for doing less exercise.

Going to weight in tomorrow and see if any damage has been done!

Consumed with work

Well yesterday was a complete bust - first day I have not met cardio/weight training goals since starting with SP. I managed to eat 1300 calories of healthy food in spite of a 16 hour work day with 6 meetings. Thank goodness I have the sense to not do that very often. Couldn't be avoided yesterday though. Anyway, back at the regular schedule today - should be able to meet goals and still work a more reasonable 10 hour day :-)

Very busy day with work

Today was really a killer work day. Lots of meetings, managed to get in 22 min of cardio on treadmill early this morning but no dog walk today (sad dog.) Managed to eat okay, within calorie limit.

Unusual for schedule to be that packed... very tired. Going to go through today's 300 emails for work and then try to read before falling asleep. On to tomorrow.

Early morning walk with my dog, cardio, weights, some good work completed today, NY Times crossword done & papers read. No weight lost. May have to go back to very low carb eating that lost me 25 lbs in the first place. All good in spite of that.

    sometimes i throw in a couple of low carb days to get the weight moving downwards....its helped but i do love my bread. all the best. emoticon emoticon
