I realized that I have been with SP for three months - the time has flown by. One pound away from halfway point of goal. Moving slowly but inches have been lost. And new habits have been formed, all of which are good. I would like to drop 7 lbs by may 15, which seems doable.
Still struggle with the calibration of food and exercise due to elevated A1C, it seems complicated due to that factor.
Feel alot better. Committed to the lifestyle, however. And remain optimistic.
