Well I guess I had to learn (again) that I cannot eat whatever I want and maintain the weight I want to be at... so I am starting again to lose the same 10 pounds I have lost many times before... off we go.
Today started with a good breakfast and a workout - off we go!
....in a good way! No gain, maintaining in all ways.
Maintaining my weight loss, wonderfully! So happy about it.
Well I am a bit amazed that I keep losing weight - scale holding at 120 now, and hoping for a couple of pounds less at this point, maintenance is great!
