Today started with a good breakfast and a workout - off we go!
....in a good way! No gain, maintaining in all ways.
Maintaining my weight loss, wonderfully! So happy about it.
Well I am a bit amazed that I keep losing weight - scale holding at 120 now, and hoping for a couple of pounds less at this point, maintenance is great!
Fluctuating a bit between 120-122 lbs - my pattern is to do this before the scale moves permanently downward so I continue to be really happy with my progress.
