What is it used for. Is Pinterest useful for loosing weight and eating healthy?

It's been a bad week so far

It all started Sunday night at a house party. I had a little to much to drink and I think I may have done or said something that may have hurt someone who is really close to me. I have confronted this person several times and asked them what it was that I did wrong and they said that I had said something that they took one way but I pretty sure that is not what I had meant. Now being under the influence of alcohol I am not 100% sure if I had done this or not. I feel absolutely horrible if I had in fact done this. Also they have been giving me the cold shoulder ever since so I do not know how to feel. On one hand I feel that if this person does not mention it then I should just try and move on but it is extremely hard not knowing how to take this feeling. On the flip side I have learned a lesson about "partying" so hard. I should know my limits and be aware of what I am doing.

All anyone can do is sincerely apologize, and ask (not beg) them to forgive you so that the friendship can continue. If that person still wants to play a game on you, Screw'em. You've done all any adult can do.

  Maybe instead of confronting this person(people can get defensive when confronted) you can get your feelings out in a different way, if they don't want to be friends after that then you've done all you can. Best wishes

    Hi Carrie, if you go to your start page, just under your name on the top left corner there is a link called ACCOUNT/EMAIL PREFERENCES click on that link.
It will take you to a new page, click on the COMMUNITY tab.
Then click on the SPARKTEAMS button. This will show you all your Sparkteams and you can check/uncheck the boxes to select which you want.

I had a great 40 minute workout yesterday but my shoulder is killing me. That'll teach me for blowing off exercise for so long.

    I hope your shoulder heals soon. I did something to mine and it took months before I had much range of motion.

Thanks for your comment on my Spark page. The trip was wonderful in many ways. I have never been farther West than Texas and I saw spectacular scenery on this trip.

Daily goals for June

1. 8:00 am stretch and pills
2. M,W,F weighted leg exercises-
-seated leg raises
-lying leg raises
-30 squats/day
3. seated steps daily
4. 45-60 min. Workout 6 days
-30 mins. Cardio
-30 mins. ST
5. 8:00 pm stretches and pills
6. 5 Superfoods daily
7. No Junk food
8. at least 100 cups of water-for the month
